    The highest decision-making body within the RedHead Corporation is the External Board of Directors, which includes distinguished leaders in the world of family business and finance. The External Board of Directors was created to provide accountability and transparency for the actions of the president and leaders of the corporation’s businesses. The Board is responsible for appointing senior executives and remains in constant contact with them.

RedHead's external board of directors was created in 2011. It includes leaders in the fields of finance and family business. The Board serves to provide a sufficient level of accountability and transparency of the processes in the corporation so it can effectively develop further.

  • Hermut Kormann Germany Hermut Kormann was involved in technically influenced industrial companies for four decades; two of which as non-family executive in the management of a significant family business Voith (5 billion Euro turnover in 2008). He holds professorships at the Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen and at the University Leipzig as an expert in the area of family business management.

Vladislav Burda

founder and president

His philosophy: «There are not that many ways to become «immortal». The first is to create a business which will outlive you. The second is to have children who will outlive you. The ideal combination is children who will continue your business".».


Vladislav Burda was the originator of many innovations in Ukrainian business: the creation of the Antoshka chain of children's supermarkets (in 1997), the implementation of strategic planning procedures (2003) and the implementation of the Adizes method in Ukrainian companies (2004), the holding of leadership programmes (Vladimir Shubin's "breakthrough programme") on a corporate level (1996, 2006), the unification of Ukrainian family business owners in Family Business Network Ukraine (2009), and the holding of Forums – confidential meetings of owners in small groups (since 2011).

He was the first in Ukraine to receive the Executive MBA for Families in Business (2011) and to use George Manners' system of 6 levels of financial knowledge in management (since 2010). He has gone through several educational programmes on leadership and the management of family businesses with world specialists at IMD (Switzerland) and several other training organizations. He implemented the system of the external Board of Directors in the company (2012).

Dmitry Rasskazov

Dmitry has 15 years of experience in general management and business development in the retail industry at national and international levels. As Managing Director for Antoshka retail chain Dmitry is responsible for full business turnaround and new strategy implementation with focus on multi-channel environment and customer-centric approach. In parallel with leading a key business direction at RedHead Dmitry is an Executive MBA candidate at Oxford University Said Business School.

Tatyana Karlova

Head of Fashion for Retail & Boutiques

At RedHead since 2015.

Tatyana has a profound knowledge in fashion retail, including practical experience in development of fashion brands, production and sales. Before joining RedHead team Tatyana acted as a consultant specializing in retail audit of existing retail businesses as well as launch of new brands to Ukrainian market.

Tatyana's main focus in RedHead would be in development and execution of efficient steps for better performance of Fashion Department, by meeting growing customers’ expectations for modern fashion retail for kids.

Vadim Orlov

At RedHead since 2004.

After three years working as import manager, he became the manager of the supply division in 2007. In this position, Vadim Orlov recruited new world brands to the company's portfolio, built and strengthened strategic relations with many suppliers, and significantly improved commercial conditions in relations with financial partners.

In 2009 he became the head of the supply chain management department, which is responsible for the entire cycle of goods flow, from placing orders to shipping, customs clearance, certification, warehouse processing and delivery to the end client.

In 2011 he enrolled in the EMBA for Families in Business course – a special educational programme for manager-owners of family companies. Receiving this kind of education is unique for a manager who is not a member of the owners' family.

Mariya Panchenko

Over 10 years of professional experience in vertically integrated companies in Ukraine, South East Europe, Kazakhstan and Georgia in the area of HR systems’ development, strategic planning and project management. Key objectives for Mariya as HR Director of RedHead Family Corporation are increase of internal efficiency and personnel productiveness in long-term perspective, implementation of complex compensation and motivation systems, development of assessment and training systems for company employees, including RedHead Corporate University, development and implementation of talent management system, and employer branding initiatives.

Ivan Lobov

IT director

At RedHead since 2001.

Ivan Lobov began working at the company as a system administrator – the only IT specialist at that time. He became the initiator, organizer and permanent manager of RedHead's IT department.

Under Ivan Lobov's leadership, the company's first discount program, the first corporate site, the first online shop, the first Navision corporate accounting system and many more IT projects in all the corporation's areas and branches were created and implemented.

Nikolay Glukhov

At RedHead since 2010.

Nikolay Glukhov joined RedHead in August 2010, when he took the radically new position of financial controller. In the initial stage, the range of tasks included preparing the corporation's business areas for an IFRS audit, configuring the process of regular management reporting, and building and formalising a system of corporate budgeting.

At the moment Nikolay's field of responsibility includes management reporting and work with financial institutions.

Larisa Vikhrenko

At RedHead since 1998.

Larisa Vikhrenko came to the company as the head of accounting; she later became the company's financial director.

Responsible for regulating the cash flow of all the branches of the corporation, reducing expenses, and releasing funds for business development and repayment of loans, Larisa Vikhrenko is also the unofficial keeper of the company's traditions.

Anna Varbanets

Real Estate Department Director

At RedHead since 2013.

Anna’s 19-year experience covers human resources management and sales systems formation in different branches such as B2B markets of domestic equipment and building materials, media business and HR-consulting.

Under the leadership of Anna Varbanets RedHead real estate department was established to provide the effective rent and servicing of stores, offices, warehouses and the company’s own property. Anna’s competences include elaboration and realization of strategy of real estate business development, the team strengthening, and efficient negotiations with partners and customers.

Key results for the department headed by Anna in 2014 were the increase in a profit gained from the company’s own sale and trade real estate, working partnership with “Kyivstar” at the company’s office in Odessa as well as the reduce of the expenses on retail premises rent up to desired 10% compared to the stores total turnover.

  • Dmitrii Burda
    Director of the Real Estate Department

    Dmitrii Burda has joined a family business in the beginning of 2018. He got the degree in England and Australia and started his career in the IT-company in Austria. When he came back to Ukraine he was planning to start his own business relying on the experience he had got, but soon he changed the type of his business activities and started working for the real estate agency. Later he founded Burda Real Estate company that was specialized in exclusive sales of estate. He was invited by RedHead to join the company and agreed. He became the part of the team of the commercial real estate department. Dmitrii benefited from Anna Varbanet’s experience, who is a talented team-leader, and headed the department in May, 2018.

  • Anhela Poddubnaya
    HR Director

    Has been working for RedHead Family Corporation since 2018 Anhela has more than 20 years’ business experience: marketing specialist in large international and local retail companies on the markets in Ukraine, Russia and the UK. The head of the international advertising agency. HR leader in the advertising holding companies such as the largest manufacturer of alcohol product in Ukraine. Anhela teaches in Kyiv School of Economics.

    When Anhela joined the RedHead team, she outlined her strategic goals: review mission, vision and values of the company, build the corresponding HR strategies, corporate culture and communication; support the company's employer brand image, manage HR cycle.

  • Alexander Kriuk
    CFO

    Alexander joined the RedHead family business in April of 2018.

    He worked as an attorney, received his license, and has more than three years’ experience as an auditor for a large international audit and consulting firm.

    Alexander Kriuk began his work at RedHead as the chief auditor of the Corporation. He immediately took on a responsible mission - to analyze the existing business processes and the correctness of the data reflected in the financial statements, and if necessary, to adjust the missing processes and improve existing ones. The result was a successfully completed audit of the group's financial statements for 2017 according to IFRS.

    In October 2018, Alexander occupied the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation

  • Svetlana Evstratova
    Director of the Distribution Department

    Svetlana has been really successful in the company. In 2009 she started as a regional distribution manager in Donetsk. In 2014 she headed affiliate in Donetsk and manage it from Dnepr and Kharkov. Since 2015 she has become the head of the sales department in Smarty Family, got a new professional level and showed great results.

    She was awarded by the company for professional management of trade team of distribution; leadership and persistence; courage in decision-making; motivation and care for employees.
