Sady Pridonya Distributor Conference Takes Place in London

At the international meeting, where participants discussed strategic plans for 2013, RedHead was represented by sales managers Sergey Filyanin and Aleksander Vlasov.

The conference took place 18—21 October and gathered 60 people from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Andrey Samokhin, president of Sady Pridonya, summarized the company's activities over the past 15 years. Irina Samokhina, vice-president of strategic development, told about plans for new products and the vision for the development and adaptation of the company's brands.

A priority for 2013 is the development of the children's product category. In the middle of the year Sady Pridonya plans to complete construction of a production line for children's juices and purees in glass containers.

Distributors must add product categories to their reporting starting in the New Year; this will make it possible to track sales dynamics in various segments rather than just the gross volume in tonnes.

The leisure programme organized by Sady Pridonya for conference participants included going to a Chelsea - Tottenham football match, seeing the musical Let it Be (based on the songs of the Beatles), and a taking a tour of the Tower and Windsor Castle, the summer residence of the English monarchs.

Several days of interaction between the manufacturers and the distributors made it possible to once more sense the peculiarities of activities in each area and region and to exchange experience.
